Don’t forget that Passports are required when flying out of the United States. If you don’t have a passport they can be obtained at most post offices and normally take between 4 – 6 weeks for processing.
Room reservations should be made by returning the enclosed room reservation form to The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun, Mexico. The guest room rate is $209 per night, suites are $299 per night. The room rates apply from November 8-15, 2009 and are subject to availability. Reservations must be received by The Ritz-Carlton by Monday, October 12.
