Who Should Attend

Registered and Association Representatives of MCA Chicago, principals of PEC contributor firms, invited MCAA affiliates and invited guests are welcome to attend the 2009 Business Conference.

Registration Fees

sThe registration covers the cost(s) of all educational sessions, hospitality, meeting materials, programs, audio/visual equipment, receptions and most group functions and activities.

Registration fees do not cover lodging, extra program fees as indicated, air transportation, baggage handling fees, rental cars, meals other than scheduled group functions, incidental expenses charged to personal rooms, or extended stays.

Refunds

Full registration refunds may be obtained after the conference if MCA is notified of your cancellation before October 12. After that date, a full refund will only be made if MCA has not guaranteed services (such as meals) on your behalf.

How to Register

For ease of registration, click on the Online Conference Registration link to register and indicate which functions you and/or your spouse or guest plan to attend, and pay.

  • Complete the conference registration form (either online or paper version). Include the name of your spouse or guest.
  • Identify which functions you and/or your spouse/guest plan to attend.
  • Include a check or use your credit card to pay the registration, plus the cost of other a la carte activities as indicated.
  • Complete the Online Hotel Registration.
  • If not using online registration, send your registration form and check (payable to the Piping Education Council) to: MCA Chicago, 7065 Veterans Blvd., Burr Ridge, IL 60527.
    MCA also accepts Visa or MasterCard.
