Dwane Lindsey
joined MasterGraphcis in 2005, specializing in the AEC industry. Dwane calls upon his knowledge of industry
standards and practices as well as Autodesk software expertise to consult, train and support a wide variety of AEC clients.
Prior to joining MasterGraphics, he worked in AEC fi rms for over eight years as a Job Captain as well as CAD Systems Manager.
As Job Captain, Dwane was involved in each phase of the architectural design process including bidding and construction.
In his experience as CAD Manager, he implemented Architectural Desktop and created and maintained company CAD Standards.
Dwane has an Associate's Degree in Architecture from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Mark Matteson
is president of Pinnacle Service Group, and the author of the best-selling book "Freedom from Fear." Matteson
has more than 28 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He serves on the Editorial Advisory Board and is a frequent contributor
to Contracting Business, as well as HVAC Insider. The News has written about him for his unique profi t producing seminars.
He has been the Keynote Speaker at Comfortech 2002, 2003 and RPA 2003 and has lectured on topics including: Sales

Christopher A. Philbrick

AP, is a senior member of Sieben Energy Associates focusing his 15 years experience in the
energy management industry on commissioning and energy effi ciency. He leads commissioning efforts for multiple, large
commercial construction projects. Prior to this he has been providing commissioning services to the Chicago Public Schools
as part of ComEd's Energy Effi ciency Services group. During his 10-year tenure with ComEd, Chris provided a wide range of
energy services including energy audits, implementation of energy improvement projects for the City of Chicago, utility bill
analysis and program management. Clients include owners and managers of corporate headquarters, school and university
facilities, high-rise offi ce buildings, shopping centers, manufacturing facilities, health care organizations, and government facilities.
Mr. Philbrick has spoken extensively on energy effi ciency and commissioning and is a course instructor for the Building
Operators Certifi cation Courses presented by the Midwest Energy Effi ciency Alliance, as well as an adjunct professor at the
City Colleges of Chicago.
Keith Rahn
is a professor in the Construction Management program at Illinois State University. Keith's industry experience comes
from owning a mechanical contracting company in Indiana for many years. He currently teaches classes in mechanical and
electrical systems, project management & administration, estimating & project scheduling, and construction material & methods.
Keith is also the faculty advisor for the MCAA student chapter at ISU.
Stan Sklar
is a partner in the Chicago based law fi rm of Bell, Boyd & Lloyd, LLP, with his concentration in construction law
and alternate dispute resolution method for construction disputes. Sklar is a member of the American College of Real Estate
Lawyers, and a past president of the American College of Construction Lawyers and of the Society of Illinois Construction Attorneys.
Mr. Sklar served as a director of the American Subcontractor Association Chicago Chapter and Builders Association of Greater
Chicago. He served as a member of the Governing Board of the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry.
He is a member of the select panel for Large Complex Commercial Arbitration Disputes for the American Arbitration Association.
He was the 2004 recipient of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Industry Cornerstone Award for lifetime
achievement in construction law. He is listed as a Leading Lawyer for Construction, which is limited to the top 5% of lawyers
practicing in that area. Mr. Sklar graduated from Northwestern University School of Law.
Matt Stevens
is the president of Stevens Construction Institute, Inc. ­ Management Advisors to Construction Contractors.
He has been working with contractors as a management advisor since 1994. He has over 30 years of experience overall
including as both a specialty contractor and general contractor. Stevens has been hired by dozens of clients and conducted
hundreds of seminars across the country. He worked as a management consultant with FMI Corporation from 1997­2002.
Matt has performed Strategic Planning, Business Evaluations and Productivity Improvement engagements with dozens of
clients. He has held seminars and training sessions for associations and private companies and is certifi ed on several subjects
ranging from people skills to business processes.
Stephen Yohay
represents major employers nationwide in federal and state OSHA inspections and citation contests. He has
particular expertise in addressing OSHA investigations, settlement negotiations and litigation following major industrial
accidents, including civil and criminal matters. Steve also advises employers on developing safety and health programs, and
conducting audits under privilege. He has extensive experience in representing industry trade associations in rule making and
litigation involving the development and interpretation of OSHA standards. He was named "the top OSHA lawyer in the country
for utility matters" in the 2005 edition of Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business. Additionally he was recognized
as "highly respected both in the industry and with the federal agencies" in the 2006 Chambers USA guide, and as an "acknowledged
expert" in OSHA in 2007. Steve is also listed in the Best Lawyers in America in the category of Construction/OSHA.
