Piping Education Council

The Piping Education Council, established in 1981, is the Mechanical Contracting Industry Improvement fund supported by all signatories to the Labor Agreement with Pipe Fitters Local 597, U.A. Our mission is to improve business opportunities for the participating mechanical contractors and for journeymen pipe fitters, through:

• Educational programs to increase field and office efficiency, technical know-how and safety performance.
• Continuous promotion of our industry's superior preparedness, performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Communications programs that facilitate management-labor teamwork, pride in our industry and productivity.
