Welcome to the updated web page for MCA Service & Maintenance Contractors. On this page we pledge to keep you updated on important events and news for the service industry. We have three programs coming in the next 30 days! We have a brand new program that everyone should attend. Bob Wendover will be showing us how to sell to a new generation. Anyone involved in sales should attend this course on September 9. Dr. Ron Collie, one of our most popular speakers, returns on October 1st to talk about how to make sure you know your costs and charge appropriately. We also have a customer service seminar on September 10th. You will also notice a section below where you can request an apprentice, listen to our business lesson or submit information. The open boxes are for you to report to us jobs that you have lost or customers that are requiring exclusivity contracts. The MCA Service Committee is working to ensure that our members stay profitable and this information is important to this mission.
