Most project managers know the nuts and bolts of how to put together a CPM schedule for their projects, but many don’t realize it is one of the most important tools of great project management. This session dives into the strategies you can use to document your position with a general contractor in order to defend yourself from late changes in a project that can have severe impacts on your productivity. Concepts and examples will be presented as well as an interactive exercise to help illustrate proper techniques. This class doubles as an EPM class.
