Partner Education Opportunity: Strategic Business Planning

April 12 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am CDT

Instructor: Hank Brancaccio

Via Zoom

Developing an overall strategy for growing your business profitably and keeping your employees focused on the greater goal can take many meetings and great effort unless you have a means to better understand where your business currently comes from and how you can win more customers and projects. Not understanding what your strengths and weaknesses are can lead to expensive mistakes and wasted time for both the leaders of your company and anyone involved in securing work.
This interactive program of Strategic Business Planning will help you organize your customer accounts and help you identify which customers you should be spending resources on. The program will also help you develop a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) for your business to help you gain a better understanding of the direction you want to move your business.

Contact Mary at msebek@mca.org if you have any questions.
